Privacy Policy

Auberge Ledger can be played without creating an account and without allowing tracking. Declining the App Tracking Transparency request does not restrict the game.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Auberge Ledger processes information when you use the iOS application. It covers local game data, app security, advertising configuration, optional advertising identifiers, and third-party advertising services.

2. Information Processed

Local game data: progress, settings, tutorial completion, discovered content, and active run state may be stored on your device.
IDFV: the Identifier for Vendor is used by the HSSecurity component for app security, abuse prevention, and fraud detection.
IDFA: the advertising identifier may be accessed only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Advertising and diagnostics data: when an advertising platform is validly enabled, it may process ad availability, impressions, interactions, device and network information, and diagnostics required to deliver, measure, secure, and troubleshoot ads.
Configuration request data: the app requests advertising configuration using its runtime bundle identifier. The server may also receive standard network request information such as IP address, timestamps, and device connection metadata.

3. Advertising and ATT

After the ATT flow completes, the app may request advertising configuration from https://ad-call.de123.net/app/ad/units?bundleId={bundleId}. Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle, and InMobi are supported. A platform is not initialized, asked to load an ad, or included in ad selection unless the server returns the complete valid parameters required for that platform. Empty, malformed, unavailable, or unsuccessful responses do not activate advertising providers.

Rewarded ads are optional. The game remains playable if tracking is denied, configuration is unavailable, or no ad is ready.

4. App Security

HSSecurity initializes at app launch using the runtime bundle identifier and IDFV. This processing supports app integrity, fraud prevention, and protection against abuse. It is separate from IDFA access and does not depend on ATT authorization.

5. Third-Party Services

The app includes software components from Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle, InMobi, and HSSecurity. Their processing is governed by their own policies when their services are active. The app does not use valid advertising credentials embedded in the project as a fallback; advertising activation depends on valid remote configuration.

6. What We Do Not Request

Auberge Ledger does not require an account and does not request your precise location, contacts, photos, health information, or payment information. The game does not contain real-money wagering or cash rewards.

7. Retention and Control

Local game data remains on the device until it is reset, the app is removed, or iOS otherwise clears it. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Data processed by third-party services may be retained according to their policies and legal obligations.

8. Children

Auberge Ledger is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact the developer using the details below.

9. Security and International Processing

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated to reflect product, legal, or service changes. The effective date above will be revised when the policy changes.
